服务描述 / The Service

樱花漫画翻译（Manga Translator）是一款浏览器扩展：你主动对网页画面框选截图，AI 将图中文字翻译为目标语言并原位覆盖显示。服务包含免费每日额度与付费 Pro 版本。
Manga Translator is a browser extension: you explicitly capture a selected region of a webpage, and AI translates the text in the image into your target language, overlaid in place. The service includes a free daily quota and a paid Pro tier.

本服务是基于第三方 AI 模型（硅基流动 SiliconFlow、Google Gemini）构建的独立产品，与模型厂商无隶属或授权关系。
This platform is an independent product built on third-party AI models (SiliconFlow, Google Gemini) and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the model providers.

账号 / Accounts

• 注册需提供真实有效的邮箱；你应妥善保管账号凭据，并对账号下的使用行为负责。
  You must register with a valid email and are responsible for your credentials and all activity under your account.
• 未登录时可通过匿名设备 ID 使用免费额度。
  Free quota is available without sign-in via an anonymous device ID.

订阅与计费 / Subscription & Billing

• 付费订阅由 Creem（creem.io）作为记录商户（Merchant of Record）处理：支付、收据发票、税费代收代缴均由 Creem 负责，我们不接触你的支付卡号。
  Paid subscriptions are processed by Creem (creem.io) as Merchant of Record: payments, receipts/invoices, and tax collection are handled by Creem. We never see your card details.
• 订阅按月/年自动续费，价格以结算页显示为准。
  Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly/yearly) at the price shown at checkout.
• 随时可取消：通过 Creem 客户门户（输入购买邮箱获取登录链接）或购买确认邮件中的 Customer Portal 链接，选择订阅后点击 Cancel 即可。取消后当期已付时间仍可正常使用，之后不再扣费。
  Cancel anytime via the Creem Customer Portal (enter your purchase email for a sign-in link) or the portal link in your purchase receipt. After cancellation you keep access until the end of the paid period and are never charged again.
• License Key 会发送至你的购买邮箱，在扩展内输入即可激活 Pro。
  A license key is emailed to you after purchase; enter it in the extension to activate Pro.

卡密 / Card Codes

• 卡密为一次性预付产品：买卡即用，到期自动失效，不自动续费、不自动扣款。
  Card codes are one-time prepaid products: activate and use immediately; they expire automatically with no renewal and no further charges.
• 卡密一经激活即与账号/设备绑定，不可转让；未激活的卡密退款请联系客服。
  Once activated, a card code is bound to the account/device and is non-transferable. For refunds of unactivated codes, contact support.

退款 / Refunds

如需退款，请通过下方客服邮箱联系我们，并注明购买邮箱与订单信息，我们会在 3 个工作日内响应。退款同时适用 Creem 的买家条款与退款政策（结算页与收据中均有说明）。
For refunds, email us with your purchase email and order details; we respond within 3 business days. Creem's buyer terms and refund policy (presented at checkout and in your receipt) also apply.

可接受使用 / Acceptable Use

• 翻译结果仅供你个人阅读使用；请遵守所访问漫画平台的规则与当地版权法规。
  Translations are for your personal reading only; comply with the rules of the manga platforms you visit and applicable copyright laws.
• 不得对本服务进行批量抓取、逆向工程、接口滥用，或绕过额度/付费限制。
  No scraping, reverse engineering, API abuse, or circumventing quota/payment limits.
• 不得分享、转售账号、License Key 或卡密。
  Do not share or resell accounts, license keys, or card codes.
• 违反上述规则时，我们可能暂停或终止你的服务。
  We may suspend or terminate service for violations.

知识产权 / Intellectual Property

扩展程序、服务器代码与品牌归我们所有。你访问的漫画内容归其原权利人所有；本服务不提供、不存储任何漫画内容。
The extension, server code, and branding are ours. Manga content you access belongs to its respective rights holders; this service neither provides nor stores any manga content.

免责声明 / Disclaimer

服务按"现状"提供。AI 翻译的准确性与完整性不作保证，翻译结果仅供参考。我们不保证服务不间断或无错误。
The service is provided "as is". AI translation accuracy is not guaranteed and results are for reference only. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free service.

责任限制 / Limitation of Liability

在法律允许的最大范围内，我们不对任何间接、附带或后果性损失负责；我们对你的累计责任不超过你在过去 12 个月内实际支付给我们的金额。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; our aggregate liability is capped at the amount you actually paid us in the past 12 months.
